  1. 香港醫護市場調查及策劃有限公司（以下簡稱本公司）為此活動的統籌方。
  2. 參加此活動的參與者同意這些條款和條件，並接受成為本公司的會員，並享有這些條款和條件下的所有權利。
  3. 每人只能參加一次此活動。重複提交的申請將不被接受。
  4. 參與者必須符合資格要求，本公司可能需要閣下出示資格證明。如參與者提供不實資料，本司有機會取消參加名額及追討損失之權利。
  5. 參與者必須按照此網頁上的指示完成問卷並提交所需的信息，否則將被視為放棄。報名採取先到先得的方式。
  6. 本公司保留暫停、修改或更改這些條款和條件以及與此活動相關的任何安排的權利，並可以隨時取消或終止活動，無需事先通知，且不承擔任何責任。
  7. 此活動的捐贈產品由贊助商（如有）提供，本公司僅負責安排活動。本公司對任何產品相關問題不承擔責任。
  8. 此活動的相、聲音、片段記錄將有可能作本司及活動贊助/合作方作內容記錄及推廣之用。如 閣下不同意請不要參與。
  9. 參加者明白及同意活動屬自願參與性質，參加者願意承擔一切風險及責任，並無權向主辦機構／包括大會、活動策劃及贊助商／支援機構追討由往返活動場地中、活動中發生或其他原因而引致之自身受傷、意外、死亡或任何形式的損失索償或追究責任。
  10. 每位參加者必須確保身體健康狀況是適合參加是次活動。主辦機構／活動策劃在懷疑的情況下，保留取消任何不適宜參加者參加的權利，而相關人士必須接受主辦機構／活動策劃的決定。
  11. 參加者必須確保在報名表格上之資料正確無誤。
  12. 若參加者在活動期間因任何行為、過失或蓄意破壞而導致主辦機構／活動策劃支付額外開支，必須對主辦機構／活動策劃作出合理之賠償。
  13. 如有任何爭議，本公司保留最終決定權。
  14. 此免責條款的中英兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處，亦以中文版本為準。

Terms and Conditions (activities):

  1. Hong Kong Healthcare Market Research and Consulting Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is the organizer of this event.
  2. Participants in this event agree to these terms and conditions, and accept to become members of the Company, enjoying all rights under these terms and conditions.
  3. Each person can only participate in this event once. Duplicate applications will not be accepted.
  4. Participants must meet the eligibility requirements, and the Company may require you to present proof of eligibility. If participants provide false information, the Company reserves the right to cancel the participation quota and recover losses.
  5. Participants must complete the questionnaire according to the instructions on this webpage and submit the required information, otherwise it will be considered a waiver. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  6. The Company reserves the right to suspend, modify or change these terms and conditions and any arrangements related to this event, and may cancel or terminate the event at any time without prior notice, and assumes no responsibility.
  7. The donated products for this event are provided by sponsors (if any), and the Company is only responsible for arranging the event. The Company assumes no responsibility for any product-related issues.
  8. All photos, sounds, and clips recorded during this event may be used by the Company and event sponsors/partners for content recording and promotion. If you do not agree, please do not participate.
  9. Participants understand and agree that participation in the event is voluntary. Participants are willing to assume all risks and responsibilities, and have no right to claim or hold the organizer/including the conference, event planning, and sponsors/support organizations responsible for any injuries, accidents, deaths, or any form of loss caused by traveling to and from the event venue, during the event, or for other reasons.
  10. Each participant must ensure that their health condition is suitable for participating in this event. The organizer/event planner reserves the right to cancel the participation of any unsuitable participants in case of doubt, and the relevant individuals must accept the decision of the organizer/event planner.
  11. Participants must ensure that the information on the registration form is correct.
  12. If a participant causes the organizer/event planner to incur additional expenses due to any behavior, negligence, or intentional damage during the event, they must make reasonable compensation to the organizer/event planner.
  13. In case of any dispute, the Company reserves the final decision.
  14. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of this disclaimer, the Chinese version shall prevail.
